These terms apply to every purchase on hearthpaper.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
All products are digital files. No physical item is shipped. Product images show the designs included in each pack; colors may look different on your screen and when printed.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. We currently accept orders from all countries except the European Union and the United Kingdom. Payments are processed by PayPal, which may also accept cards. We do not see or store your card details. An order is complete when payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Download links are shown on the order confirmation page and sent by email right after payment. Downloads stay available in your account if you create one.
Licenses
Each purchase includes the license you selected (Personal, Commercial or Resell). The license terms are part of these terms. All designs remain the property of Hearth Paper; a license gives you the right to use them, not ownership.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Liability
The files are provided as described. To the extent allowed by law, Hearth Paper is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your order applies to that order.
