Every Hearth Paper product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped by mail, so there are no shipping costs, no customs fees and no delivery waiting time.
When you get your files
- Download links appear on the order confirmation page as soon as PayPal confirms your payment.
- We send the same links to the email address on your order, usually within a few minutes.
- If you create an account, your files stay under My account > Downloads.
What you download
Each pack contains a zip of 20 JPG files at 12 x 12 in and 300 DPI, a US Letter PDF, an A4 PDF, a 6 x 6 in mini PDF with crop marks and the license file for the option you chose. Bundles contain every pack listed on the product page.
Downloading again
There is no limit on how many times you download your files, and links do not expire. Links are personal and tied to your order, so please do not share them. If a link stops working or you lose your files, email [email protected] with your order number and we will send fresh links.
Where we sell
We currently accept orders from all countries except the European Union and the United Kingdom. Prices are in US dollars.
Custom design orders
Custom files are delivered by email with a download link after the final approval, within the time stated in your quote.
Did not receive your files?
