Hearth Paper sells digital files that are delivered instantly after payment. Because a download cannot be returned, all sales are final, with the exceptions below.
When we refund or replace
- A file is damaged, will not open, or does not match the product description. We will send a working file, and if we cannot fix the problem we refund the order.
- You bought the same pack twice by mistake. We refund the duplicate order.
- You were charged but did not receive download access. We restore access or refund the order.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your order with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
At checkout you agree that the download starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the files are made available. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty.
