Every pattern sold on Hearth Paper is designed in our own studio. The designs, product images, text and brand are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
What a purchase gives you
Buying a pack gives you a license to use the designs as described on our licenses page. It does not transfer ownership of the designs. Product preview images on this site are not licensed for any use.
What is not allowed
- Downloading, screenshotting or scraping our product images to print, sell or redistribute them.
- Sharing or reselling the paper files, except under a Resell (PLR) license.
- Removing the license file or claiming the original designs as your own work, except as the Resell license allows.
- Using our designs or images to train AI models.
Reporting copies of our designs
If you see our designs sold or shared without a license, please tell us at [email protected] with a link. It helps us protect the makers who buy from us.
If you believe we infringe your work
We take intellectual property seriously. Send a notice to [email protected] that includes:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a description of the work you believe was copied;
- the URL of the page on hearthpaper.com where it appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review every notice, remove material when the claim is valid and reply within five business days. If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.
