How do I get my files after paying?
Download links appear on the order confirmation page as soon as payment goes through. We also email them to you. If you create an account at checkout, the files stay in My account under Downloads.
What files are in each pack?
Each pack has 20 designs: a zip of 12 x 12 in JPG files at 300 DPI, a US Letter PDF, an A4 PDF and a 6 x 6 in mini PDF with crop marks, plus the license file for the option you chose.
I cannot open the zip file.
On a computer, double-click the zip to extract it. On iPhone or iPad, open it in the Files app. On Android, use the Files by Google app. If a file seems broken, email us and we will send it again.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Every product is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.
Printing
What paper works best?
Matte photo paper or 65 to 110 lb (176 to 300 gsm) cardstock gives rich colors and works well for cards and journals. Plain printer paper is fine for gift wrap and practice prints.
Which printer settings should I use?
Choose Actual size or 100% scale, high quality, and the paper type you loaded. Colors can look slightly different on screen and on paper, so print one test page first.
My printer cannot print 12 x 12 in.
Use the US Letter or A4 PDF, which are ready to print on standard home printers. For true 12 x 12 sheets, send the JPG files to a print shop.
How do I use the 6 x 6 in mini PDF?
Each page holds one 6 x 6 in sheet with crop marks in the corners. Print at Actual size and trim along the marks. Mini sheets are handy for cards, tags and small journals.
Licenses
Can I sell items made with the papers?
Yes. The Personal license allows up to 500 printed handmade items per design. Commercial removes that limit and adds print-on-demand use. See the license page for details.
Can I resell the digital files?
Only with the Resell (PLR) license.
Orders
Can I buy from the EU or the UK?
Not yet. Digital downloads sold to customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom need VAT registration there, which we have not completed. Checkout is open to every other country, and we will announce when EU and UK orders open.
Do you offer refunds?
Because files are delivered instantly, we cannot take a download back. If a file is faulty or you bought the same pack twice by mistake, we will fix it or refund you. See the refund policy.
